The owner-chef of Le Du, Baan, Nusara and Mayrai restaurant. An expert in contemporary Modern Asian & Thai cuisine, Chef Ton is the only Thai chef to have achieved a Michelin star and a place in the “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants” list, for Le Du, while his Baan restaurant in Bangkok was named in consecutive Michelin Guides. He also oversees Baan, Taipei and Samyarn in Manila.
Chef Ton will co-host the “Past, Present and Future of Thai Cuisine” dinner along with chef Prin on October 30th, before presenting his modern Asian plates at the SO Amazing Chefs’ Sunday Brunch on November 1st, 2020.

The first winner of Top Chef Thailand, having been the youngest person in the competition. Still only 27, she graduated from The International Culinary Center in New York and has introduced her style of contemporary Thai cuisine to six different countries. A passionate advocate of food waste reduction and sustainable produce, she currently delights diners at Baan Tepa, her family home and garden restaurant in Bangkok.

A multi-award-winning chef who specializes in modern Chinese cuisine. Chef Gigg, as he is better known, has won many illustrious culinary contests, including The Iron Chef Thailand 2015 and The Dish, Thailand. He is now owner-chef of Lerdtip, the celebrated Thai-Chinese restaurant which has been attracting diners in Bangkok for over 60 years.
Chef Gigg will co-host an eight-course fine-dining Chinese Thai dinner along with Chef Chalee at MIXO on Thursday October 29th, before showcasing his Chinese cuisine at the SO Amazing Chefs’ Saturday and Sunday Brunches on October 31st and November 1st, 2020.

An expert in the ancient art of Thai cuisine. He worked at Nahm in London, the first Thai restaurant in Europe to be awarded a Michelin star, before becoming head chef at Nahm in Bangkok. Now at Samrub Samrub Thai, a private kitchen restaurant in the Thai capital, he celebrates classical recipes and authentic ingredients.
Chef Prin will demonstrate his delectable dishes with an eight-course “Past, Present and Future of Thai Cuisine” dinner along with Chef Ton at MIXO on Friday October 30th, before presenting his creations at the SO Amazing Chefs’ Saturday and Sunday Brunches on October 31st and November 1st, 2020.

The owner of 100 Mahaseth is a famous figure on the Thai culinary scene. A talented chef, restaurateur and consultant with almost two decades of top-level experience, he focuses on Thai and French cuisine and is fully committed to food sustainability. He has achieved a series of prestigious honors, most recently being recognized by Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019 and 2020.
Chef Chalee will co-host an exclusive eight-course fine-dining Thai Chinese dinner along with Chef Gigg at MIXO on Thursday October 29th, before presenting his exquisite French dishes at the SO Amazing Chefs’ Saturday and Sunday Brunch events on October 31st and November 1st, 2020.

A chef, restaurateur and pioneer of modern Isaan cuisine ” Samuay & Sons” in Udon Thani, the famous contemporary restaurant that showcases the finest local produce from Northeast Thailand. Many of which have offer healing benefits and follow the Chef’s belief that food is medicine. Chef Num follows a philosophy of rediscovering forgotten foods and bringing them into the modern era. He is also a strong supporter of organic farming, local foraging, indigenous communities and artisan producers.

Chef Randy – CHAICHAT Noprapa
An award-winning sushi chef and one of Thailand’s top Japanese cuisine experts. Originally from Washington DC, he trained under Iron Chef Morimoto and has now developed his own style, which combines traditional Edomae flavors with modern culinary techniques. Chef Randy was also at the forefront of the omakase (Japanese chef’s table) trend in Thailand. He is based at the popular Fillets restaurant in Bangkok.
Chef Randy will treat diners to Fillets’ style of exceptional Japanese cuisine with signature rice bowls and hand roll specialty maki, at the SO Amazing Chefs’ Saturday and Sunday Brunches on October 31st and November 1st, 2020.
CHEF PAOLO – PAOLO VITALETTI
Paolo Vitaletti left Italy, his hometown, at age 19 to pursue a career in culinary arts in places around the world. He opened his first standalone restaurant, Appia, in Bangkok in 2013. Then he opened Peppina, which is certified by the A.V.P.N. as the only pizzeria in Southeast Asia to the rules of making Neapolitan pizza. In 2020, even having an economic crisis, Paolo opens a new restaurant together with his friends “Giglio”, a Florentine trattoria named after the Florence symbol, where simple and classic Florentine food is making its mark as best opening of 2020.

CHEF PENNY – PENNY JIRAYUWATANA
An internationally-acclaimed pastry chef who has worked at some of the world’s most celebrated dining establishments. Better known as “Penny the Chef”, she has delighted diners for 20 years at top restaurants and bakeries such as at Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road, Dominique Ansel Bakery London, Le Gavroche, Harrods, the Mandarin Oriental London, Jean Georges New York. She even had the opportunity to cook for Prince Charles at Windsor Castle.
Penny the Chef will host an exclusive Dessert Cooking Class at MIXO on Tuesday October 27th, 2020.

An award-winning mixologist and a famous figure on the Bangkok bar scene. He won the Diageo World Class Thailand contest in 2012 and competed in the Global Finals in Brazil. More recently, he was crowned “Bartender of the Year 2019” by The Bar Awards and winner of the Campari Bartender Competition Asia 2019, where he competed against 350+ other entrants. He is now Group Bar Manager at Vesper, the chic Bangkok venue that was named as number 11 in the “Asia’s Best Bars 2020” list.
